This Is The Day was born out of frustration with the status quo — bad bosses, outdated systems, and a culture too often driven by greed and mediocrity.
Hi, I’m Carl Ratcliff, founder of This Is The Day and I set out to build something different: a consultancy rooted in honesty, big ideas, and a relentless belief in the power of creativity to make meaningful change.
